This game uses DirectX to communicate with your graphics hardware. This means having the latest drivers for your graphics card is essential. Many problems with the game can be put down to problem drivers.

Updating the graphics driver can be a simple process. Just visit windrivers.com. You will need to know the make and model of your graphics card.

Q: The graphics look corrupted in the game, and/or the game crashes.
A: This can be caused by buggy graphics drivers on your system. See above for details on how to download the latest drivers for your graphics card.

As a temporary measure you may use the emulation mode of DirectX. This disables any hardware acceleration supported by your graphics card. On older computers, the game may not run at an acceptable pace in emulation mode. Run Marble Crazy as normal, but click on the 'Marble Crazy Safe Mode (emulation)' icon.

If this does not fix the problem, ensure you have the latest version of Marble Crazy by visiting it's home page. If you have further problems, email Supanova Software with complete details of your computer's setup. Including graphics card make and model, amound of memory, disk space free, and processor type and speed.

Q: The game refuses to run, giving the error "Can't initialize DirectX (DD)" or similar.
A: You need to install DirectX. Download it here.

You will also recieve this error if you try to run the game under Windows NT. Marble Crazy is not compatible with Windows NT.

Q: I've got a problem not listed here. What do I do?
A: Email Supanova Software mentioning what you were doing when the problem occurred. Also include complete details of your computer's setup. Including graphics card make and model, amound of memory, disk space free, and processor type and speed.
